Company Introduction
Hebei Zhixin Machinery Co., Ltd.(Zhixin Group), based on coke oven iron protection parts, metallurgical equipment, machine tools and its accessories, platform and measuring tools, machine tool equipment, is an export-oriented enterprise. Founded in 2001, it is located in the junction of Shihuang expressway and State Road 106. Zhixin Group has three branch factories, namely, Cangzhou Heavy Industry Machinery and Equipment Co., Ltd.; Cangzhou Zhibo Machinery Co. Ltd.; Cang Zhou Xinghe Machinery and Casting Co. Ltd. and a branch company for marketing, with a total area of 140,000 m2 and construction area of 36,000m2. Currently, there are 560 employees in this group including 56 people with at least medium-grade professional title for administration and technology, 12 senior engineers. Its annual capacity is 45,000 tons and annual turnover 310million RMB. All types of casting, processing and testing in advanced and comprehensive facilities and technologies. In the factories, we have intermediate frequency electric furnace casting plant, resin sand casting process workshop, model shop, mechanical processing and assembly workshops, casting laboratories of mechanical properties and the chemical element analyzing room. The main products include blast furnaces of various types, coke oven batteries and the supporting equipment. Non-standard machine tools and auto models, etc. we can produce casting items of 0.5Kg-50MT, wall thickness of 5-500mm, etc. and material in graphite cast iron, ductile iron, heat resistant corrosion-resistant cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, gray cast iron, chromium and molybdenum copper alloy cast iron and so on.
